
SOTBAP
Korean pot rice, also known as "솥밥" in Korea, is a traditional rice dish where rice is cooked in a heavy stone or metal pot called Sot "솥". Unlike the modern way to cook rice, SOTBAP is prepared by soaking short-grain rice in water and then placing it in the pot with an appropriate amount of water. The pot is then covered, and the rice is cooked directly or on a stove.
